Terms of Conditions

Last updated: July 20, 2026

These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the CSGO Empire information website available at https://csgo-empire.io/ (the “Site”, “Service”, or “CSGO Empire”). By using the Site, you confirm that you have read this document, understand it, and accept the applicable terms.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the Site operator. We aim to keep the rules clear and understandable. Our goal is to provide a safe, fair, and transparent environment for information about digital items, skins, and related services.

Eligibility

Use of CSGO Empire is allowed only for adults who meet the legal age required in their place of residence. You are fully responsible for checking whether use of the Site or any linked platform is lawful where you live. CSGO Empire does not guarantee that services are legally available to every user in every jurisdiction. People who are not allowed to use such services must not register or use restricted features.

Because of legal and regulatory limits, linked platforms may be unavailable in selected countries and territories. Restricted jurisdictions may include, among others: Afghanistan, Cuba, Germany, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lithuania, North Korea, Mauritius, Slovakia, Spain, Syria, Yemen, United Arab Emirates, Montenegro, United Kingdom, United States and its territories, France, Netherlands, Australia, Venezuela, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Libya, Somalia, Myanmar, Sudan, South Sudan, Mali, Central African Republic, and Palestine. In some cases access may be limited to trading features only, without gaming features.

Funds and account closures

User fund safety is a priority on linked platforms. Operators generally aim to allow withdrawals according to their rules. If an administrator closes an account, users should normally still be able to withdraw available balances, except where funds were obtained through system errors, exploits, skin-price manipulation, fraud, abuse, or other breaches of terms. In those cases funds may be frozen, accounts limited, or withdrawals refused.

If a user suffers a loss directly caused by a system error or outage on the operator side, the operator may take steps to restore lost funds. Each case is reviewed individually. Operators may also close accounts inactive for six years or longer. Inactive balances, bonuses, or unused items may be forfeited under applicable rules.

Account security

You are responsible for account security. Use a strong password, protect login details, and enable two-factor authentication where available. Accounts are not meant to be shared. If you share credentials or fall for phishing or social-engineering attacks due to carelessness, the Site and linked operators are not responsible for resulting losses.

Finality of actions

Bets, games, transactions, and other actions on linked platforms are generally final. If you lose funds through your own activity, you do not automatically get a refund. This includes accidental clicks, bad decisions, or changing your mind after an action. Platforms cannot offer a model with upside and no downside risk.

Technical issues

Technical problems, delays, connection interruptions, server outages, or temporary unavailability of withdrawal methods may prevent a bet, transaction, or feature at the intended time. Operators work to minimize such issues but do not guarantee compensation for lost potential gains, unplaced bets, delays, or problems caused by the user, third-party platforms, or infrastructure.

Deposits and withdrawals

CSGO skin deposits and withdrawals may work peer-to-peer, so transfers between users or external accounts may be irreversible. You are responsible for checking account details, Trade URL, timing, and item values. For cryptocurrency, you must select the correct network, currency, and wallet address. Mistaken transfers may be irreversible, and operators are not responsible for user error.

KYC and compliance

Operators may require KYC identity verification, especially before larger withdrawals, when abuse is suspected, or to meet anti-money-laundering requirements. Transactions may be monitored, and suspicious activity may be reported to authorities. You confirm that funds do not come from crime, that you are not acting for an undisclosed third party, and that you do not use someone else’s payment methods without authorization.

Trading features

Trading skins may be available, but linked platforms are not banks, financial institutions, or crypto exchanges. Using a platform only as a currency-conversion tool — for example converting cash to crypto, one crypto to another, or crypto to the same crypto without real use of core features — is prohibited. Users who breach this rule may face withdrawal or account limits.

Bonuses and promotions

Platforms may offer bonuses, rewards, promotional cases, affiliate codes, or other campaigns. Administrators may verify accounts using those features and cancel rewards if bots, multiple accounts, affiliate abuse, self-referral, or other unfair activity is suspected. Promo codes may change or be limited without prior notice.

Privacy

CSGO Empire respects privacy and aims to collect only data needed to provide services, improve the Site, support users, maintain security, run analytics, and prevent fraud. Data may be processed by external providers for ticketing, analytics, identity verification, and risk assessment. Personal data is not sold. Data may be shared with public authorities only when required by law or a lawful request.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property in the Site, including software, content, graphics, layout, trademarks, domains, and materials, belongs to the administrator or rightful owners. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, commercially exploit, decompile, bypass security, or create derivative works from Site elements without express permission.

Prohibited conduct

You must not disrupt the Site, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security, manipulate systems, exploit bugs, commit crimes, collude with others, or breach fair-play rules. Accounts that breach these Terms, act harmfully, suspiciously, or unlawfully may be suspended or closed.

Complaints

Complaints and claims about transactions should be submitted within a reasonable time and no later than six months from the transaction, payment, or event. After that period, review may be refused. In a dispute, detailed transaction history may be provided to the user or an authorized body when necessary.

Changes

CSGO Empire may change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are published means acceptance of the current version. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
